Conference Day 1 (part one)

 




Inside the Virtual Reality and Multimedia Park in Turin/Italy, the CReATE International Conference 2009 took place


From 4th to 5th November 2009 EU project CReATE assembled Europes most innovative creative and technological experts


More than 150 participants listened to interesting keynotes and panels


The conference started with a performance by Orchestra Meccanica Marinetti, a project of Angelo Comino (Motor)


Erica Gay (Regione Piemonte) open officially the CReATE Conference


During the breaks the participants talked and exchanged about Europe´s Creative Industries and ICT research


Andy Cameron from the Interactive Design Department of FABRICA held an inspiring keynote before giving this interview


Klaus Haasis, CEO of MFG Baden-Wuerttemberg mbH, explained the state-of-the-art of the CReATE project and...

Afterwards Mette Quinn, EU Commission, DG Enterprise Directorate for Innovation Policy´s Support for Innovation Unit, talked on "The EU perspective on ICT and creative industry"
